Meet Alan Walter

Located off the beaten path, in a scenic countryside North of Dallas, there is a Ranch. It is a very different kind of ranch, a spacious 240 acres, and well equipped to serve visitors. It was once a "Dude Ranch" designed for anyone seeking a special "Western Kind Of Experience".

Now it is the International Headquarters of the Knowledgism Group, and a training center for students who come from near and far.

It is operated by The Advanced Coaching and Leadership Center, the main division of Knowledgism, which is a highly developed technology for enhancing Human Potential.

The "Guiding Hand" behind it all is that of Alan C. Walter, who has a distinguished background of more than 50 years of research. He is recognized as one of America's top leaders because of his far-reaching accomplishments, which include his leading-edge research into Human Potential, and his ability to lead and train others to be Champions in their chosen fields.

For their book "21st Century Leadership", authors Lynne Joy McFarland, Larry E. Senn, and John R. Childress, chose Alan C. Walter as one of America's Top 100 Leaders -- along with Lee Iacocca, H. Ross Perot, Bill Gates and others. The writers quote Mr. Walter's viewpoints about what will be required of future leaders. Their book is recommended reading. It is available through major book stores.

Meanwhile, students continue to come from all over the Globe to study at the Ranch.

The picture on the right was taken at Alan's first public lecture in Dallas. The date was November 23, 1964.

Alan had just recently arrived in the U.S., and had come to Dallas to create a new, adventurous future.

He had sailed from South Hampton in the U.K. to New York and arrived on November 10, 1964 on the Queen Mary.

Here is a picture of the historic Queen Mary. Alan's voyage to the U.S. on this ship wasn't his first ocean trip, as you'll see below.

In this picture, Alan is standing on the deck of the Queen Mary just prior to his arrival in New York Harbor.

This is the TMS Ranchi, a luxury liner of the PO Line. It was the ship which transported Alan and his family from England to Australia, departing on January 20, 1949.

Along the way, there were stopovers in Cairo, Egypt; Aden, Yemen; and Columbo, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). For Alan, a 14 year old boy eager to learn, it amounted to an exciting, adventurous 3-D series of geography lessons.

Alan says "you can imagine my excitement as a young boy seeing such exotic places in the world". He got to go inside the pyramids. He saw the Sphinx, and he enjoyed a magic, timeless moment while on the roof of the Citadel, an ancient building used as a fort to protect against attacks by the Crusaders.

From the roof of The Citadel (above), Alan had one of his most memorable experiences while in Cairo, Egypt when he viewed the 3 major Pyramids and the Sphinx together. It was a magical time.
